Electromechanical Services

The MEP division extends its expertise in Electrical & Mechanical (Plumbing, fire-fighting, HVAC) services. With a dedicated KTC's design and execution team, we accomplish turnkey solutions related to all MEP requirements. From design and mobilisation of resources, our MEP division carefully navigates each step of the process to deliver high-class work on time.​ We undertake the Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of our Projects. We endeavor to establish long-term relationships with our clients by ensuring that their projects are completed to the best quality, on-time and on budget, through a quality management system, which ensures continuous improvement and strives for excellence within our field.​

All types of electrical wiring, UPS systems, internal and external lighting, Installation of Electrical Equipment, Fire Alarms & Emergency Lighting, MLV Cable & Switchgear Works, Fire Alarm works, Study the detailed drawings and Supporting document for indenting, Marking of drawing Nos. to the finished Items, raise the work permit, Pipe laying and welding as per Isometrics and welding norms.
SCOPE OF WORK - ELECTRICAL​:
​Complete design of internal/external installation, working of power load as per user‟s requirements. Preparation of detailed budgets, Design of size of cables, Transformers HV/LV Panels etc., Preparation of tenders/Call of Quotations, finalization of contracts and negotiations with the contractors/suppliers, to control Investment in Electrical works as per Budget/Requirements, Ensuring the completion of work for safety and “No Complaint”, from end user, Ensuring the completion of work for safety and “No Complaint”, from end user, Issue of Blue Prints for Contractors, Architects/Electrical Inspector, Site Engineers, Electricity Board and finally to Users / Property Managers, Assisting Electrical contractors in technical discussion with local electricity boards for Power Load Sanction / approvals, Testing of each unit by our own instruments.

SCOPE OF WORK - MECHANICAL:

HVAC Services:

  • Design of HVAC system, Heat Load Calculation, corresponding Duct layouts, Plant Layouts, piping layouts, HVAC equipment layouts, engineering details, based on site requirements and Client‟s discussions.
  • Suggest Clients / Architects / Interior Designers the best design in terms of overall efficiency, energy saving devices, along with Costs and compliance with our Specifications for that particular project.
  • Conduct Site meetings with Clients / Architects / Interior Designers / Contractors / Structural agencies / Generation of BOQ, making Tender document with specification
  • Cross check the overall design parameters, proposed tonnage, type of equipments, overall costing for carrying out the entire scope of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the entire AC system as a whole as proposed by the appointed architects / consultants
  • Approval of GA drawings, Technical submittals submitted by contractor
  • Site inspection as required.
